Every Little Thing launched their fan club, "ciao" in the spring of 1998. Mochida so named it because she thought the word sounded cute, and also means "hello" in Italian. By paying a yearly membership fee (¥4400 as of 2024), members get the following rewards:
* Issuance of original member's card
* Original goods will be given as a gift when you join or renew your membership
* Advance sales of concert tickets (to the extent that cooperation from local organizers and event organizers is available. Tickets may be sold by lottery.)
* Publication of a newsletter packed with ELT information (scheduled to be published twice a year)
* Invitations to public recordings of TV shows, events, etc. (only with the cooperation of each organizer)
* Mail order sales of original ELT goods, etc.
The band members themselves are directly involved in the newsletters. They contain information not found elsewhere, including handwritten notes about their favorite things and recent developments, interviews, and recording reports.
